Refund Policy
1. The one-tap rule first
Cancelling a WARFORM subscription must never be harder than starting one.
- Play subscriptions: in the app — Settings → Manage subscription opens Google Play's subscription center directly. Cancel there; access continues until the end of the paid period. Play also always offers its own independent cancellation path.
- Web purchases (Stripe lane): Settings → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal, where you cancel yourself. No email required, no "chat with us to cancel."
2. Google Play purchases
Play purchases are charged by Google and refunded under Google Play's refund policy: Google's self-service tools typically cover recent purchases, and you can always request a refund through Play or by contacting Play support. WARFORM additionally honors a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Elite subscriptions bought through Play: email support@warform.app within 7 days of the charge and, where Play's own tools have not already resolved it, we will confirm the refund path with you. Refunds are decided by Play for Play-processed payments; we will never tell you a Play refund is impossible without pointing you to Play's own process.
3. Web purchases (Stripe)
Where WARFORM offers web checkout, KAAZIO LTD is the merchant of record and refunds are ours to give:
- 14-day cooling-off window for first-time subscription purchases [HUMAN: confirm the window before launch] — email support@warform.app from your account address and we process the refund to your original payment method.
- Statutory rights (including EU/UK distance-selling rights, where they apply to you) sit on top of this policy and are never narrowed by it.
- Renewal charges are refundable case-by-case within a reasonable window after the charge (we aim to be generous and fast).
4. What refunds mean for your data
A refund never deletes your training data, and your data is never held hostage over a billing dispute. You keep free-tier access after a refunded subscription ends; you can export or delete your data at any time regardless of billing state.
5. Chargebacks
We would rather refund than fight. But fraudulent chargebacks while continuing to use paid features may lead to account restriction under the Terms of Service. Talk to us first — most problems are solvable in one email.
