WARFORM Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WARFORM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WARFORM. The app enforces this at onboarding with an age gate. If you are under 18, do not create an account.

2. The Service

WARFORM provides gamified fitness tracking: workout logging, nutrition tracking, sleep and body-measurement tracking, progress photos, squad chat between accepted friends, achievements/medals, seasons, PFT scoring, rule-based coaching briefings and optional Health Connect integration.

The service is fitness information only. It is NOT medical advice, NOT dietary advice, and NOT a substitute for a qualified physician, dietitian or coach. See the Medical Disclaimer, incorporated by reference.

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. If the Service does not conform to the contract, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., to require repair/replacement or price reduction). These statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding (including your true age).
• You may sign in with email + password or Google Sign-In. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes).
• Account deletion mechanics: deletion is verified by a step-up proof (password re-entry or authenticator code, re-verified on our servers — a client claim alone deletes nothing), starts a 7-day cooling-off period with a visible, working cancel, and completes in a server-side purge of your data (backups excepted for a limited infrastructure window). • One person, one account. Shared or automated accounts are prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, Trials and Payments

• Elite features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly / annual), processed by Google Play Billing via RevenueCat on Android. On the web-app purchase path, checkout runs on a Stripe hosted page created by our own edge function — DIRECT, never via RevenueCat.
• Prices, trial terms and renewal conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase.
• The 7-day trial offer (when shown) is a Google Play intro offer; standard Play trial rules apply.
• One-tap cancellation: cancel at any time — in the app via Settings → Manage subscription (opens Google Play's subscription center directly), or from Play's own settings; the web lane opens the Stripe customer portal the same way. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling is never harder than subscribing.
• Refunds: Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy plus our 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Elite subscriptions; web-lane purchases carry a 14-day cooling-off window [HUMAN: confirm the window before launch]. Full terms: the Refund Policy.
• Paying twice: if you hold an active purchase on both Google Play and the RevenueCat web path, the app will surface which store holds each line so you can cancel one.
• We store transaction identifiers and entitlement state for service delivery; we do not store card numbers or bank details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WARFORM if you are under 18.
• Misrepresent your age, identity or fitness data to manipulate leaderboards or medals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, the backend, Edge Functions or the database (including via the anon key, service-role impersonation or direct table writes outside the sanctioned RPC paths).
• Spam, harass, or send unlawful content in squad chat.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or create automated clients against the Supabase API, the push pipeline or the payments webhook.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for all content you post in squad chat or direct messages ("UGC"). We do not endorse, monitor, or pre-approve UGC. Report content in-app or via support@warform.app — a human reads reports within 5 business days, and we may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Crisis or distress content is met with support, never punishment (see AI Safety).

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove content that violates our Acceptable Use policy, and to suspend or terminate accounts that post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

While technical access exists (service-role key), no human on the team routinely reads user chats except to investigate abuse reports you file or comply with legal obligations.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms (account_status: suspended / banned, enforced at login).

6. Intellectual Property

The WARFORM name, logo, design and software are owned by KAAZIO or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

Your logged fitness data remains yours — you can export or delete it at any time.

7. Health Disclaimer (Incorporated)

WARFORM provides general fitness information only. You acknowledge that physical exercise, including high-intensity training tracked by this app, carries inherent risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risk associated with your use of the app and any exercises you perform, whether following the app's suggestions or logging your own routines. The app's gamification (streaks, XP, medals) is motivational only and never overrides your responsibility to stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. 7.1 The Coach Is Deterministic Software, Not a Person

WARFORM's coaching briefings are produced by deterministic, rule-based server code from your own logged data — not by a large language model, not by generative AI, and not by a human trainer. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

We exclude liability for: (a) indirect or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, goodwill or data; (c) loss or damage arising from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing limits liability we cannot exclude under English law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

WARFORM relies on a short, itemized list of third-party processors — Supabase (database, auth, storage) · Google Play Billing (purchase processing and entitlement verification, Android) · Stripe (web checkout, hosted — DIRECT; never via RevenueCat) · Resend, Brevo, Maileroo and Plunk (transactional email delivery, ordered chain) · Netlify (this website) · OneSignal (optional push notifications) · Google Health Connect (optional, opt-in per type) · Google Sign-In (optional) · Open Food Facts (free barcode lookup) · Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot, optional). There is no advertising SDK in the shipped app and no ads anywhere in WARFORM, and no OpenAI or other LLM service anywhere in the pipeline — the Advertising clause in the Privacy Policy states the commitment and the 30-day-notice process that governs any future change. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, for abuse, or for legal compliance reasons. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Danger Zone).

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, ISP failures, etc.).

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

13. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KAAZIO LTD against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your UGC, except to the extent caused by us. This clause survives termination.

19. Platform-Specific Terms

Your use of WARFORM through Google Play also acknowledges Google Play's Terms of Service; where Play's terms grant you rights (e.g., a license ending on non-conformance, Play's refund processes), those rights apply in addition to these terms and are never narrowed by them.
